Amwaj Trading Establishment is the Qatar arm of Amwaj Group, a family enterprise founded in 1985 by the late M.I. Mohamed. For four decades the Group has served the oil and gas and energy industries, with interests spanning offshore drilling, shipyard and rig refurbishment services, marine engineering, EPC projects, logistics, and oilfield equipment supply.
From Qatar, Amwaj Trading Establishment supports the country's energy and marine sectors, backed by the Group's wider presence in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, India, Malaysia, Brunei, and the United States of America.
Amwaj Trading Establishment operates under the Chairmanship of Mr. Mubarak Mohammed Al-Hajri. The Group is led by the next generation of the founding family: Sameer Mohamed, Chief Executive Officer, and Muhammed Siraj, Executive Director.
